WHY I CREATED THIS
Paul Visciano · Course creator
After 15 years in tech, working on mobile apps, I know firsthand the tactics used to keep people coming back. I also know what it feels like to be on the other side of the screen: the constant checking, the anxiety, the emotional roller coaster, and the moments you miss while your attention is somewhere else.
Yoga and meditation have helped me slow down and reconnect with what’s in front of me. Changing how I use my phone has become part of that practice: making more room to be present and enjoy the life happening around me.
This is something I’m still learning and working on. Along the way, I’ve learned a lot that I want to share. I created this course to help others take practical steps toward a healthier relationship with technology, one manageable change at a time.
