Claim the Domain

From there you have a public face on the internet, fully yours. Domain, deploy, done — and the portfolio becomes the proof of ownership.

The apps run on localhost. That's the private layer. But ownership has a public face too — and that face is a domain you claim, not a subdomain someone rents you.

You can walk people through setting up the OS, setting up the apps, claiming their domain, and basically creating their own website. That is the tutorial funnel. Every step is a reason to trust you as the guide.

Claim, then deploy

First, claim the domain. Buy it from a registrar you trust. Point the nameservers. Then set up Vercel so it can deploy your own portfolio website, your own personal website.

One command, live on the internet — fully yours. Push to main, and production updates automatically. The portfolio site is the blog layer of the same life. Essays, field notes, the argument. Not a feed someone else ranks. A site you publish.

The same URL everywhere

Same URL on a phone, a desk, and Safari on Vision Pro. Pinch to zoom. Look to look around. The window is a website. The apps are still the apps.

That is the difference between a profile and a presence. A profile lives on someone else's platform and disappears when they change the rules. A presence lives on a domain you own, and it outlasts the platform.
