The Local AI Layer

Phone and my computer can talk to each other, and I can talk to the assistant from either one.

It already works across the entire Wi-Fi network. Phone and computer talk to each other. You talk to the assistant from either device. No account sync, no cloud relay, just your devices talking to each other on a network you control.
Sixteen gigs is plenty
And it all runs on a 16-gig MacBook, so you don't need supervision. Sixteen gigs of unified memory is the quiet flex — the whole stack, OS, apps, knowledge graph, all running local without a data center behind it.
The test is offline. Airplane mode. No Wi-Fi. No fallback API. If the assistant still answers from weights on disk and data on disk, it is local in fact, not a thin client dressed up as "AI on your machine." Anything that phones home when the cable is unplugged has already failed.
The assistant that knows your month
This is the layer that makes the stack feel alive. You ask what you recorded last Tuesday and a voice note and three photographs slide into view. You leave the medical folder closed. The model cannot see a file that is not on the mounted volume.
JARVIS was the first cut of that idea — git as memory, an agent that knew the month. Knowledge Graph is the engine that stays on the machine. Bonsai runs on 16 GB. Whisper hears. Nothing leaves the desk unless you publish it on purpose.
The payoff
